If you receive your hair extensions and not completely satisfied you may return them to us for your money back. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 10 days after shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements.

Step 1: Always comb your hair extensions starting from the bottom with a wide tooth comb.

Step 2: Wash your hair in warm water with sulfate free shampoo.

Step 3: Condition your hair with sulfate free conditioner.

Step 4: Rinse thoroughly.

Step 5: Let hair air dry if possible.

Step 6: Before bed braid hair into sections or wrap nicely in a silk bonnet.
